Our model is simple: $500 up front. 1.25% at closing. MLS fees included. Full service from first photo to closing table — marketing, FMLS exposure, showings, negotiations, paperwork — nothing left out except the bloated commission. For investors, we also run property management — tenant placement, rent collection, maintenance, and acquisition support — so your portfolio compounds without compounding your stress.
