- Multiple Listing Services (MLS): when listing your property, MLS rules require certain details be published. These are visible to consumers and licensed agents
- Service providers: vendors that help us operate (web hosting, CRM and email platforms, e-signature services such as Dotloop, SkySlope, or DocuSign), under confidentiality agreements
- Government and legal: when required by law, court order, subpoena, or to protect rights and safety
- Business transfer: if we sell, merge, or transfer the business, your information may transfer with it. You will be notified
