No hidden fees. No percentage games. Here is exactly what you pay.
Most brokerages charge 3% of your sale price as a listing commission. On a $500,000 home, that is $15,000 — for services that do not actually scale with price. We think that is broken.
At My Way Realty, you pay a flat $500 upfront plus 1.25% at closing. Full service. Full MLS exposure. MLS fees included. Here is how the numbers work.

Paid once when we start. No surprises.

What you save vs. the traditional 3%
What about the buyer’s agent?
The fees above cover our side of the transaction — representing you as the seller. In Georgia, buyer’s agent compensation is typically negotiated directly between the buyer and their agent, and any seller concession toward it is part of the contract terms you approve. We will walk you through all of this when we meet.
Any other costs from us?
No. The $500 upfront plus 1.25% at close is the full cost of our services. MLS listing fees are included. Standard closing costs (title, transfer tax, etc.) go to third parties and are the same at any brokerage — those are not ours to quote.
